渣打馬拉松在上月順利舉行，賽事當日氣溫高達24度，濕度達96%且偶有微雨，不利跑手散熱。教育大學雷雄德博士(雷Sir)在賽前建議跑手穿著背心等通爽衣物，以減低中暑風險。我今次參賽改穿Comfiknit背心出戰，其透氣和散熱效能比以前穿著的T-shirt或背心更高，大大減少在42公里賽道上黐肉又焗身的不適感。要跑得更快更遠，管理汗水確是一大學問。
